Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless the product is pre-ordered (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order & confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Expedited orders are always prioritized.

We offer both standard and expedited shipping for domestic and international orders.


Lost Orders, Tracking Issues, Stolen Orders

In the case that a shipment has failed to be delivered, was delivered to an incorrect address, or is being held at a carrier unit, the customer must contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) directly to resolve the matter. An order is considered stolen if the tracking confirms package status as “delivered,”, but not received. We ask that you wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim. Xpansion is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please free free to reach out with any questions.

Taxes and Duties 

International customers may be charged customs and duties by your local customs authority. The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible to pay these fees if they are billed to you so please check your country’s custom office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
