Each day features an intentional prompt, with the best times for journaling being in the morning, before bed, or during a natural break in your day. All you need is this journal, a pen, and yourself :)

If you miss a day of journaling, don't worry or be hard on yourself. The goal is to build a daily journaling habit, which takes time and change. If you skip a day, simply pick up your journal the next day and continue. We recommend carrying your journal with you everywhere to help support this practice. You got this!
